The Wildflower Distilling Story.
Cheeky Beginnings
We started distilling as a passion project around 2010. We would put the kids to bed and turn on the still. These early endeavours helped us develop our foundational recipes and hone our process. We knew one day, Wildflower Distilling would enter the world from a birthplace of fun experimentation.
The Art of the Pivot
Like so many of us, the pandemic brought a new perspective on life. We looked back to the joy of our earlier distilling adventures and thought why not now? When we looked and found our Penticton location for sale, we jumped on it and Wildflower Distilling was born!

Our doors opened on July, 2023. Ever since we have been doggedly committed to making the smoothest spirits possible using only locally sourced, whole botanical ingredients. Is co-owned and operated by Sunny and Camille Mehta, a husband and wife duo who believe that life should be fun and excellence is always worth working towards.Rob Desjardins is Wildflower Distilling Co's distiller, honing his craft with every batch and keeping the still singing.
